  • I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS PATHOLOGY SO WHY AM I RECEIVING A BILL?

    Any time a pap smear is performed or tissue is removed while at a physician’s office or hospital, it is sent to our lab for preparation and diagnosis. This is not included with their charges. We bill for our services.

  • HOW CAN I REQUEST A COPY OF MY PATHOLOGY REPORT?

    All reports are sent back to your physician. We ask that you obtain the report from your doctor. It may be obtained at our facility in person with a signed authorization form and photo identification.

  • HOW CAN I PAY MY BILL?

    A convenient option is online by selecting the PAY MY BILL tab on our website. It will lead to the appropriate page to make a secured credit card payment. Our business office staff may be reached at 479-442-0144 option 7 as well to take payments over the phone. Also, you can mail a check or money order to 390 E. Longview St., Fayetteville, AR 72703.

  • DID YOU FILE MY INSURANCE?

    We receive patient information from your physician’s office or hospital. If provided them insurance information, we will file a claim for you. Insurance payments, adjustments, and notes can be found in the content of your statement. Please do not hesitate to call our business office if you have questions concerning your insurance.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?

    Yes. If you are unable to pay your balance in full, please call our business office to set up a payment plan.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS OFFICE HOURS?

    Our business office is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
